For first-time visitors, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to complete intake forms and allow your pet time to acclimate to our facility.

If your animal has specific anxieties or medical conditions, please inform us when booking so we can prepare appropriately.

Our facility is located in central Bristol, easily accessible by public transport and with street parking available nearby.

The entrance is at ground level with step-free access. We have a small reception area where you can wait comfortably with your pet.
